"We are Franklin AARP 2287 Chambersburg, Pa. We visited the Wheeling Festival of Lights with Wolfe Bus Line, in November 2002.
We were fascinated by the lights at Oglebay Park they surpassed any we've seen and the food was wonderful. Ramada Plaza was very
courteous and comfortable. One of the highlights was the Marrying Town Wellsburg, in all it was a wonderful. I've lived 79 years
before becoming a flower girl in the mock wedding in Wellsburg a fun thing.
